You also continue to suggest some kind of sinister intent in terms of race.

The fact is African-Americans see firearms very differently than whites in this country. There is far less demand in that community for licenses/permits for guns.

We’ve seen that in Washington, DC and every other city that allows residents to license/register guns.

The real issue here is not race. It’s that you refuse to trust government to administer a licensing/registration system even if it has appeals/safeguards.

That’s not good enough with the level of gun violence we’re seeing in this country. It’s also not enough given the experience of every other democracy which has implemented a national L&R system without any of the problems you describe.
